Directions From Tampa International Airport:

• Take I-275 South to exit 23B (5th Avenue North)

• Turn left onto 5th Avenue North (heading east) to 16th Street

• Turn left onto 16th Street (heading north) to 9th Avenue

• Turn right onto 9th Avenue (heading east) 1/2 block

• Florida Eye Center is on the left at 1515 9th Avenue North

Directions From Bradenton / Sarasota:

• Take I-275 North to the I-275 split to St. Petersburg

• Continue North on I-275 across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge ($1.00 toll)

• Take exit 22 (I-175 East) to downtown

• Turn left on 8th Street (2nd traffic light) heading North

• Continue on 8th Street to 9th Avenue North

• Turn Left onto 9th Avenue (heading West)

• Continue West to 1515 9th Avenue North on the right
