If you are a contact
lens wearer and do not have a pair of back-up glasses to wear
during the time you need to be out of your contacts prior to
your procedure. The Florida Eye Center offers a program that
will "loan" you a pair of glasses with your prescription to wear
until your LASIK surgery. Call our office for further details on
this benefit.
Dr. Sibley has spent the last 15 years refining the vision
correction process. When you have All-Laser LASIK at The Florida
Eye Center, your treatment is based on specific measurements
that are taken during your extensive, dilated, pre-operative
examination. Dr. Sibley uses these measurements to create a
nomogram (or data) which is used to customize your procedure.
The information used in the nomogram is based on more than
2,500,000 successful LASIK procedures. Dr. Sibley has performed
since Lasik was approved in 1999. By tracking his patient
results in a computer database, Dr. Sibley constantly maintains
and fine-tunes the information used in each patient's procedure,
which ensures greater accuracy and the highest possible success
for your All-Laser LASIK procedure.
